Slowly but surely one segment of the population is gaining headway toward achieving equal rights in this country. President Obama made his feelings be known that gays and lesbians should have hospital access to be with their loved ones. All I can say is… progress. 
Who knows… there just may be some light at the end of the tunnel after all!

This is a huge step forward- and long overdue!
It’s about time! I saw this story and thought of your blog, actually
small step for mankind……..but not enough!
He has a lot on his plate right now.
I hope he can get this passed and maybe he can work on a decent immigration law.
I think the oil spill in LA. will move him away from more off shore drilling.
He is slowly losing his base and needs to get back on track.
