Or hate him. Okay, now I’m not sure how many of you have seen the Elmo Swine Flu Prevention PSA, but for germaphobes like me who carry a bottle of Purell, this PSA is perfect.
Unfortunately, I work with a bunch of heathens who don’t believe in covering their mouths when they cough or properly containing their sneezes. Sort of like Chuck Todd.
Seriously, I end up having to walk around spraying Lysol on door handles because these folks haven’t learned to at least use hand sanitizers after covering their sneezes with their hands. If people actually realized that they are the only ones who enjoy their own germs, we wouldn’t have to have PSAs reminding people of to properly keep their germs to themselves!
Yes, if trapped on a small island I would have to bring my Purell with me…. sad, but true.

I got my flu shot last week, so I’ll be ready for the H1N1 vaccine in October. Come on people, clean it up, yuck is right! It pisses me off when people are slobs about hygiene with the sneezing, coughing and runny noses. A couple of weeks ago at the post office, someone’s kid was wiping snot on the counter. Mom was oblivious. It made me realize – don’t touch anything in public or else clean the hell out of yourself if you do. I am at a whole new level of clean – freak since I have been diagnosed with a chronic disease!
Oh, and what the hell happened to Ernie, did Sesame Street retire him? I miss Ernie.
