We have these conservative republicans who have Government run Insurance programs telling every one that
a Government plan for the rest of us is Socialism.
It is time for Liberal groups like Move On etc. to start showing up at these meetings and shout them down.
Where ever Michelle Maulkin, Ann Coulter, Hannity or any of their ilk is, we need to be there booing the hell out of them.
Give them their own treatment.

You are all right on…….as I’ve been posting, the insurance companies are going overboard, with finances and disrupting informational health care meetings…….the question that I’ve put out there is basically…..what are we going to do about it, and how can we fight and win this time??

very sad, as the insurance companies spend 1.4 million $ a day to put out lies and use scare tactics on elderly people. Our priorities are seriously fucked up.

Dr. Kevorkian is not going to off Grandma? Well, shit, I’m against it then, that crazy bitch is just making everyone’s life miserable. And, at 90, she is healthier than I am.

That was supposed to be funny, because I am witty AND because it is either laugh or cry. I fought with my brother (who has not insurance) for an hour last week. He says he could have insurance IF he had made different choices, it is the choices he has made that have left him without insurance, just as it is the choices others make that leave them without insurance. He needs mental help.

It is a sad place we are in.

I agree, when did our country decide that health care was a privilege…probably around the same time that insurance companies took our health care system hostage (just a guess). We cannot claim to be the “greatest nation on earth” while our citizens die of preventable and curable illness due to inability to access health care.
