I have some bad news for you all. Gidget, the beloved Taco Bell chihuahua, who looked sort of like a large rat to me, as so all chihuahuas, has passed away at the age of 15 from a stroke. Although we never heard her voice, we did hear a strange dude’s voice who spoke about the desire for some Taco Bell.
Too bad I’m more of a Taco Johns fan than I am of Taco Bell. It’s also a shame that the closest Taco Johns is a six-hour drive. However, that is not the point.
Let’s reflect, shall we? (Yes we fucking shall)
Thanks to Gidget, we all know how to say “I want” in Spanish. That’s more of a mark than most dogs leave in life… except for what I found in my front yard the other day.

May he rest in peace..:)
I actually saw the news of Gidget’s passing while researching my Weird Wednesday post. Yes, they placed the dog’s obituary, if you will, under the weird news category. You’d think with the eternally popularity of chihuahua’s, not to mention that smash hit Beverly Hills Chihuahua, she would have rated better. Here’s too all the doggie treats her little tummy can handle and lots of room to run in doggie heaven.
Taco John’s! I did not know they still had Taco John’s – I LOVED that place when we lived in MN when I was little. Yum.
S/He was my favorite tv dog, after the petsmart dog. I love taco bell!
