I’m tired of hearing Republicans and conservative commentators crap on socialized medicine. Apparently so is Jon Stewart.
Of course, to see just how horrible the idea of socialized medicine is, watch Sam Bee (Canada) and John Oliver (UK) fight over who’s country has worse socialized medicine.
Yep, socialized medicine seems really evil to me.
Perhaps we should still continue with private health care where I end up paying more when I visit the emergency room to make up for those who aren’t covered at all.

I love it when people who receive PERS (socialized retirement) and Medicare (socialized health care for old people) talk about the evils of socialized medicine!
Exactly, RK! All of these people on radio and tv who are against healthcare reform will scream if they don’t have medicare for their parents or themselves!
Hilarious Jon Stewart clips, D! The lunatics are still trying to take over the asylum with their nazi disinformation fear tactics.
I died laughing when i saw this show.
i love Samantha Bee…
I am afraid the Lobbyists will win this one..The Blue Dog
Democrats are getting cold feet
They are ALL dropping the ball, and we will now have more ways than Sunday to get ourselves an insurance plan!!!!!!! Just what we needed!!!!!!!! More expensive insurance, so they can give their CEOs our money……billions of our money….even comics can’t make it funny any more………..
I bet 100% who scream that socialized medicine is rubbish have never been treated in a socialized hospital! How can people have such strong views on a subject they have absolutely no personal experience with? I am an American, but have been treated by a doctor in France, first trimester of my pregnancy in Prague and the birth of my baby in Germany. I can tell you this: I received excellent care and received zero out-of-pocket medical bills (other than the $20 I had to cough up for my first ultrasound in Prague). So to the people who think socialized medicine is so evil, go break your leg in Sweeden, catch the swine flu in Spain or undergo cancer treatments in Germany, then report back at how evil your experience was.
