I’m Sorry Sen. Stevens… But I Still Don’t Like You

Okay, so around the time of the elections, when Sen. Ted Stevens was convicted of seven felony charges of corruption, I might have had a few words to say about the whole deal, which, possibly, might not have been too kind to Sen. Stevens.

Let’s jump ahead to about yesterday when it came out in the news that Attorney General Holder has decided to abandon criminal prosecution against Sen. Stevens. Apparently there was quite a bit of shifty shit that took place behind the scenes on the side of the Justice Department in relation to this case during the course of the past couple years.

Now, before any jackass politically-polarized conservative starts saying anything, I would just like to point out the obvious: The Justice Department was headed by a Republican when the trial took place.  The current Attorney General is from the Obama Administration. So, for any of you  conservative folks who must have lost your way to my site: It took a Democrat to call the whole thing off.

With that said, I have to say that Sen. Stevens is innocent. (technically) However, I still do not agree with quite a bit he did while he served in the Senate. Therefore, I still don’t like you, Ted, and I refuse to  share my crayons with you… well, at least not the pretty ones.

  2. He can have all the brown crayons.

  3. He can have my orange ones. My brown ones already went to Palin.

Maybe there is hope that Holder will continue to investigate the eight years of corruption under Bush.

  4. I agree with “corrupt fuck”……..

  5. Ugh… Corruption all the way down. Top to bottom.

No crayons? I say no carpet square, no chocolate milk, and no swing time at recess.

Always last pick for teams, too.

Much harsher “punishments” than he would ever have received in our “justice” system…

  6. Another oily politician slips free. Will the world never change?
