I hope I can grow some this year. I ate asparagus and cantaloupe today, they tasted so fresh, new and springy after the same-old winter fare. Can’t wait for April, we always eat a lot of strawberries starting around easter.

I personally am expanding my garden space this year, as many people are…I just love watching food grow!!!!! makes sense and is good for the soul! I live on the Central coast in Calif, so we are used to seeing things grow wherever we go…lots of artichokes, strawberries, lettuce, chard, brussel sprouts, etc. Can’t wait to get started on MY garden!
