Okay, with the 18,000 people’s lives in the hands of the California Supreme Court in regards to Prop 8, and essentially, every other gay person in this country who would like to have the opportunity to marry, I figured this would be a good time for a distraction. So here it is…. as I mentioned in today’s YouTube video that I posted on under my soundtrack page (look up at the tabs and you’ll see it), it got me thinking about one of my favorite characters who was a regular on the Ed Sullivan Show (reruns)…. Topo Gigio. So I did a bit of digging and I came up with this video that has me cracking up. It’s not from Ed Sullivan, but I can’t stop smiling. (and I’m not the smiling type.) Enjoy!

Ha! You got me again. I had heard of Topo Gigio in comedy sketches, I thought it was a human being, not an Italian mouse! I am learning something new every day over here.
Topo Gigio even has his own DVD that features 18 appearances he made on the Ed Sullivan show. It’s entitled, “Ed Sullivan – Topo Gigio and Friends” and yes, I do own it.
Not the smiling type! hahaha! I’m not either, so I try to make myself and others laugh as much as possible.
We all have the exact same rights regardless of being hetro or homosexual.
