Guess Who Might Make Your License Plates!

That is, if you are resident of Nevada. If you took a stab at it and guessed OJ, you are correct!  Yep, thirteen years after he was acquitted for murder, OJ was sentenced to at least nine years in prison. He did make a lovely little emotional apology where he said he was sorry.  However, I really don’t think that dear OJ is sorry for his little armed hotel robbery.  I believe that the only thing OJ Simpson is truly sorry about is for getting caught and finally having the book thrown at him.  After his acquittal over thirteen years ago, OJ walked around as if he were untouchable. He ran from paying any form of restitution to the Goldman family by moving to Florida. Hell, he even wrote a book entitled, “If I Did It.”  Granted, he didn’t make any money from it. But still.  Who the hell writes about committing an act that they went to court over and had professed innocence?  Seriously, come the fuck on!!  So, dear OJ, I hope you enjoy the prison life and, although unlikely, I hope you become some dude’s prison wife!

As for the Justice System… Thanks for doing what was right!!

  1. Great!…I love it when sociopaths finally trip themselves up…they are sooooo good at lying and acting and I didn’t believe those crocodile tears for one moment! Despite their well deserved grief, I’m not a Goldman family fan either!

  2. Ah, the world is just a little bit safer. So, he took out his wife and Ron Goldman in 1993, and it took 15 years to get him. Maybe we’re half way to getting bin Laden!

  3. Oops, it was 1994.

  4. Mari- Now that OJ’s behind bars for quite some time, I would say that the possibility of getting Bin Laden is much more likely. The sentencing of OJ is proof that anything is possible!

  5. I was pretty happy to see OJ headed off to jail. All I could think of was…it’s about damn time!

  6. i have mixed feelings about oj going to jail.

dont get me wrong: i hate oj..i think he was a hopelessly ignorant and spoiled celebrity who thought that societies rules didnt apply to him. i think he got away with murder.

but i dont think the sentencing for this particular crime is fair. and i certainly dont think that the sentencing is based on just this crime.

having said that, i do think that if oj had gotten off easy this time as well, he probably wouldnt have stopped and maybe ended up doing more violent crimes. so im happy hes in jail.

like i said…i have very mixed feelings about the whole thing.
