So far in the early voting and through the polls, analysts have forecasted that Sen. Obama will take 355 of the electoral college votes. He only needs 270 to gain the presidency. I’ve spoken with quite a number of people about the election, which is not hard since I am a Political Science junkie, many feel that Sen. Obama has it in the bag.
Does he? I know that when I’ve been polled in the past, I have always given a different answer than who I have voted for when asked. I mainly have done this because I would be pissed off by the time I had finished running the gamut of campaign supporters in the parking lot who have tried to win my vote at the last second. Also, there are plenty of racists in this country. Not every racist will admit to their racism, but they are out there.
Oh, by the way, if you can’t make up your mind on who you are going to vote for, or in some cases, against, until you look at your ballot, you should be ashamed. You should take five seconds to look at the candidate who you feel matches, or comes close to your ideologies. If you don’t know what ideologies are, get a dictionary. You should select a person who you feel is going to represent you, or in some cases, do the least amount of damage while in office. I would cite an example here, but I hope you know who I’m thinking of.
I do not want to see Sen. McCain or Caribou Barbie in office. It just frightens me more than the past eight years. What is your take?

Will it last? Will it last? You are damn skippy right it will last! We are working too hard, and they are working too hard at being polarizingly stupid for it not to last. I’m walking and calling Saturday and Monday for Obama, and my fam and friends are voting!

I thought Gore would win. Same with Kerry. I would hate for it to happen again.
If that killing team makes it into office, I think there will be truck loads of people moving to Canada. I’ll just stay put where I am.

You are right. Well…Gore did win, but he lost, ya know? And Kerry and Gore tried to ignore the smears. Obama has been tackling them head on!
