If you’ve viewed SNL, or have seen video clips, then you have seen Amy Poehler. She has been noticeably pregnant this season, even with SNL’s attempts at covering her pregnancy for some of the skits she has participated in. Her absence was announced during this Saturday’s Weekend Update portion of the show.
NBC has announced that she was going to star in her own show that starts next spring. Rumor has had it that, upon giving birth to her baby, she will not return to SNL. It will be hard to replace her, being that she is one of the reasons why I watch the show. However, if anyone from SNL is reading this, I am available!!! No, seriously. So, congrats to Amy Poehler and Will Arnett.
